Job Duties

  • responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions
  • strong guest service orientation to ensure high guest expectations
  • engage in casual conversations to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • work in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous standing
  • process forms of payment
  • respond to guest inquiries
  • upsell hotel rooms and assist in enrollment of guests into Hyatt loyalty program
