Job Description

Four Seasons is a world-renowned luxury hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional guest experiences through the dedication and passion of its people. Founded on the principle of treating others as one wishes to be treated, Four Seasons has cultivated a global culture grounded in respect, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. The company's employees are encouraged to push themselves to new heights both professionally and personally, making Four Seasons not just a workplace but a community where continuous growth and genuine human connection are prioritized. Across its many locations, Four Seasons remains synonymous with luxury, elegance, and heartfelt service, ensuring that guests and residents alike receive personalized care and memorable experiences.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas offers a unique blend of tranquility and excitement, serving as a distinguished non-gaming oasis right on the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Unlike many hotels in the area, the Four Seasons Las Vegas is a non-smoking, non-gaming luxury resort that provides a serene escape amidst the vibrant energy of the city. Highlighted by its Five Diamond rating and Forbes Five-Star Spa, the hotel delivers an unparalleled level of sophistication and comfort. Its location adjacent to the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino allows guests to enjoy the best of both worlds: the calm and elegance of a luxury resort and the dynamic entertainment options of one of the world’s most famous entertainment destinations. Nature lovers will also appreciate the proximity to natural landmarks such as the Grand Canyon and Red Rock National Conservation Area, enhancing the appeal of this location.

This particular job opening is for the position of Front Desk Agent at the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. The Front Desk Agent serves as a critical point of contact and is often the first and last impression guests receive during their stay. This role is integral to the Front Office team’s mission of delivering a seamless and welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. The position demands excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor, as agents handle guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and suggestions with grace and efficiency. Effective problem-solving abilities and experience with Hotel Property Management Systems are essential to facilitate smooth operations. The role also requires candidates to be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to ensure clear communication with a diverse clientele.

Additionally, the position involves standing for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), so physical stamina and an outgoing personality are important traits for success. The ideal Front Desk Agent embraces a positive, can-do attitude, is attentive to detail, and is passionate about contributing to the guest experience. Four Seasons actively promotes diversity and inclusivity within its workforce, encouraging minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities to apply. The company is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer, dedicated to fostering an environment where all team members feel valued and respected.
