- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties

- Post charges accurately and efficiently
- Have complete knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions
- Handle guest issues and complaints patiently and find effective solutions
- Manage cash handling including receiving payments and making change
- Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
- Understand hotel rates, discounts, and handle them properly
- Take same day reservations quickly and follow cancellation and relocation procedures
