Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
- Strong work ethic and self-initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Capability to manage cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive can do attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of front office procedures and computer systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Build rapport with guests and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff using excellent verbal and written skills
- Greet and check guests in and out promptly and professionally
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations
- Post charges accurately and efficiently
- Have complete knowledge of Front Office systems and daily transactions
- Handle guest issues and complaints patiently and find effective solutions
- Manage cash handling including receiving payments and making change
- Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly
- Understand hotel rates, discounts, and handle them properly
- Take same day reservations quickly and follow cancellation and relocation procedures
