Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- six months to one year related experience and/or training
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables in limited standardization situations
- ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- ability to operate Property Management System, capture email and use PBX system
