We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join the HomeTowne Studios Team. This position offers a competitive starting wage ranging from $16 to $17 per hour, depending on experience. The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth hotel operations. Aside from managing guest check-ins and check-outs, the role involves handling reservations, guest accounting, and cashier functions while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service. Teamwork is essential as the Front Desk Agent coordinates with housekeeping and management to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.
