Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Checks owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
- Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to resolve guest issues
- Identifies and explains room features to guests such as use of room key, ice, and vending areas
- Follows up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met satisfactorily
- Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable
- Assists with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
