Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Checks owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to resolve guest issues
  • Identifies and explains room features to guests such as use of room key, ice, and vending areas
  • Follows up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met satisfactorily
  • Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assists with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
  • Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
  • Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contributes to team goals
  • Always follows company policies and safety procedures
