We are currently seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality guest services and involves efficiently registering guests, completing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling accurate financial transactions to ensure guest satisfaction. The Front Desk Associate welcomes guests upon arrival, verifies reservations, processes payments, and manages communication via phone and email. The position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attendance is crucial, as is the willingness to work varying schedules in line with the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • register guests into the computer system verifying reservations
  • send and receive emails related to guest services
  • answer and direct telephone inquiries
  • process electronic payments at registration and checkout
  • post miscellaneous charges to guest accounts when requested
  • assist proactively with mail distribution
