Job Requirements
- Positive energy and team player attitude
- One or more years of experience in a similar role preferred
- Additional education or certification preferred
- Friendly and enthusiastic mindset with hotel management experience
- Effective communication with managers, staff, and guests
- Strong problem-solving skills and emergency handling ability
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, or lift occasionally

Job Duties

- Assist with luggage when necessary
- Protect company proprietary information and assets
- Use all office equipment and property management systems proficiently

- Attend required training and meetings
