Job Duties
- Ensure smooth operations and service by communicating effectively with team members, property management, and residents or guests
- Follow property-specific systems to receive and sign for deliveries ensuring they reach residents efficiently
- Facilitate contractor arrivals and departures, as well as realtor or potential homebuyer and renter visits
- Advise and remind residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by property management
- Follow all property procedures for resident, guest, and vendor access
- Promptly answer and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns
- Look sharp in the supplied uniform
