As part of the globally recognized Hilton brand, our property offers a blend of comfort, luxury, and professional hospitality in a friendly and appealing environment. We take pride in delivering memorable experiences to our guests by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere throughout our facility. With a focus on career progression and a pleasant work culture, we ensure our team members thrive and enjoy growth opportunities within the hotel industry.

The Front Desk Agent role at our Hilton hotel is crucial for creating the first and lasting impression with our guests. The position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $13.00 to $15.00, complemented by valuable employee benefits such as an employee assistance program, hotel discounts, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

The Front Desk Agent serves as the face of our hotel, responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs using the Hilton's computerized point of sale system, and handling reservations with a friendly and sales-oriented approach. Candidates will be expected to accept and process payments, including credit card transactions, perform administrative reporting, and maintain the reception and lobby areas in a neat and organized manner. The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and a professional, helpful attitude at all times. Previous experience at a Hilton property or similar hotel environment is mandatory, with a minimum of one year using Hilton’s Property Event Processor (PEP) system. Supervisory skills and a stable job history are also highly preferred, reflecting a career-minded individual who aspires to grow within the hospitality industry.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hotel operations knowledge, some retail cashiering experience, credit card systems familiarity, and housekeeping understanding, paired with a cooperative, team-oriented spirit. We value reliability, team leadership potential, and individuals who bring a positive personality to their work. Training will be provided for deserving candidates who meet these prerequisites. Our Hilton property emphasizes a supportive work environment with multiple benefits such as employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, referral programs, flexible scheduling, and career advancement assistance. This role is perfect for those aiming for a long-term career in hospitality, promising a fulfilling work experience in a welcoming and dynamic setting.
