The ideal candidate must have a thorough knowledge of room locations, types, and rates and be familiar with the property’s offerings, from guest activities to amenities. Beyond administrative duties, the Front Desk Agent must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate requests for maintenance and repair with the engineering department and to handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

Safety and cleanliness are priorities, requiring the agent to maintain an orderly front desk area and adhere to safety and emergency procedures. Flexibility in scheduling is also necessary, as business demands may occasionally require shift adjustments. The hotel emphasizes teamwork and encourages proactive participation in department meetings and ongoing training to keep abreast of daily activities, meetings, and corporate directives.

This employment opportunity is ideal for candidates who are high school graduates or have an equivalent education level, with a preference for those possessing prior hotel experience. Physical requirements include the ability to perform activities such as standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
