The role of a Front Desk Ambassador at Renaissance Hotels is pivotal in shaping the guest experience from the moment of arrival. This full-time, non-management position offers a pay rate of $26.39 per hour and requires availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the dynamic needs of hotel operations.

In this role, you will act as a knowledgeable guide and hospitality expert, using your connections within various hotel departments—from housekeeping to valet services—to anticipate and fulfill guest needs efficiently. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • hospitality experience preferred
  • ability to stand and move for long periods
  • must perform light physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 10 pounds
