As the first point of contact and representative of the Sonesta brand, the GSA plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for all guests entering the hotel. This full-time position focuses on delivering exceptional service by adhering to Sonesta's G.U.E.S.T. standards, which emphasize guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Certifications such as ServSafe and TIPS will be required, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to health, safety, and alcohol services. The role demands physical stamina due to frequent standing, bending, and lifting activities.

Sonesta International Hotels offers a competitive compensation package paired with an excellent benefits program designed to support the financial security and well-being of its employees. These benefits include health insurance options such as medical, dental, and vision coverage; a health savings account with company match; a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match; paid vacation and sick days; and company-paid life and disability insurance.
