Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or customer service setting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage check-in and check-out processes
  • handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions
  • process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
  • resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • maintain the front desk area and ensure it is clean and organized
