Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
  • Lift, carry, push, pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
  • Comply with company policies and safety procedures
  • Provide excellent guest service consistently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency with property management systems or similar software is a plus

Job Duties

  • Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues
  • Identify and explain room features to guests such as the use of room key, ice, and vending areas
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable
  • Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
  • Welcome and greet guests, anticipate and address their needs
