The Front Desk Agent role at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is vital in creating a welcoming environment for guests from the moment they arrive until their departure. Job Requirements
- One plus years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
- Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests preferences
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent education
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, and directions
- Respond promptly and accurately to all guest requests both in person and by phone
- Resolve guest complaints effectively while seeking opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for guests
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to provide accurate information and assistance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Perform check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
