The Front Desk Agent role at JW Marriott Bethesda is a dynamic position that combines guest engagement at the front desk with occasional shuttle driving responsibilities. In this role, the Front Desk Agent is empowered to take initiative in offering a broad spectrum of services that assist guests throughout their stay. Responsibilities include operational tasks, responding to guest requests, preparing reports, and sharing information about local events and attractions to enhance the guest experience. This position requires standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, and engaging in some physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds without assistance.
