We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team with a starting wage between $18.50 and $19.00 per hour. The Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests, embodying the friendly and professional approach that HomeTowne Studios is known for. This position involves a variety of responsibilities centered around guest services, including greeting guests warmly, handling reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, managing guest accounts, and providing essential information to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay. The Front Desk Agent also supports operational efficiency by maintaining communication with housekeeping and management, monitoring room availability, and promoting future sales.
