Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25lbs without assistance
- Willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy

Job Duties
- Check owners/guests into villas and review amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests
- Contact other departments to resolve guest issues
- Identify and explain room features to guests
- Follow up with owners/guests to ensure satisfaction with requests or problem resolution
- Answer telephone calls and route them to proper departments
- Assist with bellman and runner duties as needed
- Welcome and greet guests, anticipating and addressing their needs
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contribute to team goals
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
