The role of a Guest Experience Expert at JW Marriott Peabody is critical to upholding the brand’s renowned reputation for hospitality. This full-time, non-management position focuses on creating unique and memorable experiences for guests beyond standard check-in and check-out processes. The Guest Experience Experts take initiative in guiding guests through various services throughout their stay, responding promptly to guest requests, assisting with operational tasks, and providing local recommendations to enhance the guest experience. These associates are empowered to be proactive, moving around the property as needed to address situations swiftly and efficiently.

Essential to this role is an understanding that successful execution of every task contributes to overall guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the hotel. Physical activity is a part of the job, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and handling items under 10 pounds.
