This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $27.15 during the initial months and progressing to $33.94 upon the completion of 18 months of service. Candidates are expected to have work authorization in the United States and must be flexible enough to work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends, reflecting the hotel’s 24-hour operational demands.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • welcome and register hotel guests
  • explain accommodations and establish credit or method of payment
  • check guests out of the hotel while preparing and explaining the bill
  • respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing needs and adding personal recommendations
  • comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
  • work overnight shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
  • maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services and local area
