Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills

- Prior experience using multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively

- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette

Job Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and accurate appointment calendars
- Support office management tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments
- Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, managing invoices with QuickBooks, and processing paperwork
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic office supply inventory management
- Ensure proper phone etiquette and professional communication at all times
