The role offered is a Front Desk Associate position, critical to the smooth functioning of daily hotel operations. This full-time position requires working shifts primarily between 2pm and 11pm, including weekends, ensuring continuous support for guests during peak operational hours. The Front Desk Associate is responsible for managing the front desk duties which include checking guests in and out, assigning rooms, handling phone calls, and preparing shift and contingency reports. This role demands a strong customer service orientation and an outgoing personality to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.

The associate will also be tasked with greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Additionally, this role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining professional appearance as per Evergreen’s uniform policy, and upholding personal cleanliness standards. The ability to sit or stand for extended shifts of up to eight hours and work independently is essential. Basic keyboarding skills are necessary to perform the administrative functions efficiently.
