The Front Desk Agent role at Flynn Hospitality is a vital position that embodies the company's dedication to excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel front desk systems such as Hilton or Marriott PMS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Friendly, polished customer service skills
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Experience with PMS systems like FOSSE a plus
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Open availability for all shifts including overnights
