Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekend days

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

- Ability to resolve guest concerns effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of telephone systems
Job Duties
- Checks Owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, services, and local areas of interest
- Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to help resolve guest issues
- Identifies and explains room features to guests
- Follows up with Owner/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department
- May assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Follows company policies and safety procedures
