Join the award-winning team at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Orem as a Front Desk Agent. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, friendly, reliable, and eager to contribute to a high-quality guest experience. The position is part-time, requiring availability for three shifts per week, with shifts scheduled from either 3pm to 11pm or 7am to 3pm. Candidates must be willing to work during weekends and holidays. While experience with Hilton or hotel front desk operations is a plus, it is not mandatory. The Front Desk Agent is a crucial team member responsible for interacting directly with guests, ensuring their check-in and check-out processes are smooth, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner

- maintain a clean and organized front desk area
