As a Guest Services Agent at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our Owners and guests. This is a casual part-time position, offering 0-19 hours per week and an attractive hourly pay rate of $34.18. You will be the face of MVW, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-ins, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring each visitor enjoys a seamless and unforgettable stay.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include checking guests into their villas, providing detailed information about property amenities, services, and local attractions. You will actively listen and respond to guest concerns, liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. The role also involves answering telephone calls, possibly supporting bellman and runner duties depending on the facility.

The Guest Services Agent position is designed for individuals who are customer-oriented, proactive, and capable of providing personalized service with professionalism and enthusiasm. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Checks Owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, acts on guests questions, concerns and requests and contacts other departments to resolve issues, identifies and explains room features to guests, follows up with Owners/guests to ensure satisfaction, answers telephone calls and routes them appropriately, may assist with bellman and runner duties as needed
