We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to become a vital member of our team. The role offers a starting wage of between $18.50 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on finding individuals who represent our company’s commitment to outstanding guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere with a friendly greeting and professional demeanor. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to manage reservations efficiently, and a high level of organizational capability. Responsibilities include handling guest check-ins and check-outs, managing guest accounting and cashier functions, making and adjusting reservations, and maintaining room status to ensure guests receive excellent service throughout their stay. Confidentiality of guest information and hotel data is essential, and communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping and management, is crucial to maintaining operational flow and resolving any guest concerns promptly.
