The Guest Experience Expert role at Sheraton is a full-time, non-management position designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding customer service that goes beyond routine check-in and check-out procedures. This role is integral to ensuring that every guest’s stay is not only smooth but also memorable and unique. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and handle a wide range of responsibilities that enhance the overall guest experience. These duties include managing operational needs, responding swiftly and effectively to guest requests, completing accurate reports, and providing insightful recommendations about local points of interest to enrich the guest’s visit.

This position demands a hands-on and proactive approach, requiring Guest Experience Experts to be on their feet for extended periods, moving about the property and assisting with various tasks. Physical activity such as lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds is part of the daily routine. The role requires adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.   • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
