The role of Front Office Manager is critical in overseeing the front desk operations with efficiency and professionalism. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by attending diligently to guest needs throughout their stay, including check-in and check-out processes. This position requires adaptability in work schedules, adherence to hotel policies, and capability in managing cash, reservations software, and guest inquiries. The Front Office Manager must have comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, room rates, promotional packages, and frequent traveler programs. They are tasked with maintaining cleanliness in the front desk and associated areas and must be proactive in resolving guest issues using brand-specific problem resolution standards. The role demands excellent communication skills, operational oversight, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to support overall hotel success.

This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering seamless front office services and contributing to the hotel’s overall guest service score improvement. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in front office or hospitality management preferred

  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Job Duties

  • Be flexible in regard to work schedule
  • Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tag
  • Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards
  • Conform to cash handling procedures at all times
  • Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, be up-to-date with all changes, new procedures and events
  • Have knowledge about room rates, packages, discounts and promotions and know how to handle each
  • Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel
