The Front Desk Agent role at Valley River Inn is a critical position that serves as the first point of contact for guests, responsible for mastering multitasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position demands a professional who can efficiently handle the guest check-in and check-out processes, including managing room credits, issuing room keys, and resolving guest issues and special requests with discretion and excellent service. The Front Desk Agent supports both the Guest Services and Front Office teams with financial transactions and service-related tasks, ensuring each guest has a seamless and memorable experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- prior experience in cash handling
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to maintain professionalism and discretion
- strong problem-solving skills
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- experience in cash handling and computerized Point of Sale systems preferred
- strong written and verbal communication skills required

- Handle guest check-in and checkout processes efficiently
