The role under consideration is a part-time, non-management position focused on Rooms & Guest Services Operations. The working hours are scheduled for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. This position is not remote, requiring a physical presence at the Plano location. The primary focus of the role is to enhance the guest experience by taking initiative to provide a wide range of services guiding guests throughout their stay. It goes beyond merely ensuring smooth check-in or check-out processes; it involves creating a unique and memorable experience that guests will cherish. Guest Experience Experts in this role have the autonomy to proactively manage various operational tasks, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share insights about local attractions and events. This position demands individuals who are continuously active, moving between tasks and engaging fully with the duties at hand.

Success in this role requires maintaining a safe and professional workspace by adhering to company guidelines and procedures. Employees must respect confidentiality, safeguard company assets, and uphold quality standards. Appearance and professional communication are also critical components. The nature of the work demands physical readiness, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Doing these duties well is essential to ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth operational flow of the hotel.

Job Requirements
