The role offered is a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms & Guest Services Operations category, with a pay rate of $33.15 per hour. This position is based on-site and is integral to the guest experience, focusing on front desk operations and guest service excellence. The primary responsibilities include processing guest check-ins and check-outs, managing reservation confirmations, assigning rooms, issuing room keys, and handling various payment types such as cash, credit, debit, and checks. The individual in this role will also be tasked with answering and addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Additionally, the position requires coordination with the Housekeeping department to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and effective communication regarding parking procedures and valet or bell staff dispatching. The individual will provide guests with property directions and insights into local attractions, enhancing their overall stay. Daily administrative duties include running reports on arrivals and departures, managing special requests, and ensuring accuracy in cashier and closing reports. Handling cash, balancing receipts, and adhering to all accounting and safety protocols are also critical aspects of this position.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 10 pounds
- Basic computer skills

Job Duties
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing room key
- Process all payment types including cash, checks, debit, and credit
- Manage guest check-outs including resolving late and disputed charges
- Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, and requests
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness for check-in
- Communicate parking procedures and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed
- Run daily reports on arrivals and departures and complete cashier and closing reports
