Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening according to company policy
- Commitment to following company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Check owners/guests into their villas and review property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
- Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contact other departments to resolve guest issues
- Identify and explain room features to guests such as use of room key, ice, and vending areas
- Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been satisfactorily addressed
- Answer telephone calls and route them to the proper department
- Assist with bellman and runner duties depending on location
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
