Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- Lift/carry/push/pull items that weigh up to 25lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Checks owners/guests into their villas and reviews property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities
- Actively listens and responds positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacts other departments to help resolve guest issues
- Identifies and explains room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice, and vending areas, etc.)
- Follows up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction
- Answers telephone calls and routes calls to the proper department as applicable
- Assists with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
