Front Desk Agents are expected to maximize room revenue and occupancy by skillfully handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in billing and guest accounts. The agent is responsible for verifying guest information, processing payments, resolving billing disputes, and managing a cash bank while also maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality. They coordinate with other hotel departments and proactively gather guest preferences to enhance personalized service. Additionally, Front Desk Agents handle reservation inquiries, manage room stocks and supplies, and keep detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and events. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Present positive impression of establishment meeting grooming standards keeping an optimistic and positive attitude at all times
  • Provide seamless check-in and checkout experiences for guests using LQA standards
  • Ensure that all signatures and initials are completed on the guest registration card
  • Obtain credit card from guests and swipe into the computer system
  • Handle guest comments and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Relay all guest comments and concerns to management to ensure proper follow up
  • Proactively gather guest profile information acting on that information to delight guests
