Job Description

Wind Creek Hospitality is a renowned hospitality company dedicated to providing exceptional experiences across its diverse range of enterprises including resorts, casinos, and hotels. The company is known for its commitment to guest satisfaction, cultural inclusivity, and its strong ethics in hiring practices, specifically embracing Native American Indian preference policies. Located in Montgomery, the company embraces a dynamic work culture that values positive guest interactions and fosters a vibrant team environment. Offering full-time employment opportunities, Wind Creek Hospitality seeks to attract individuals who are eager to contribute to a lively and hospitable atmosphere.

The Hotel Front Desk Agent position is a pivotal role within the Hotel Front Office department. This full-time role operates primarily during the 2:30pm to 11:00pm shift, though hours may adjust depending on business needs. The agent acts as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed from the moment of arrival. Responsibilities include managing guest registrations, processing check-ins and checkouts efficiently, and enrolling guests into the player’s club to foster guest loyalty and reward engagement.

This role is essential in building a bridge between guests and the extraordinary experiences available at Wind Creek Hospitality. Beyond routine transactions, the agent disseminates important information regarding hotel promotions, amenities, and property activities, enhancing the guest experience. Additional duties encompass cash handling, administrative tasks such as faxing and copying, answering phones, and assisting with concierge services. Agents must maintain an organized and welcoming front desk area as well as undertake tasks to resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Candidates will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding the company’s value system which focuses on personal accountability, fun, and customer dedication. This position also requires standing or walking throughout shifts and the physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds. Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous interview process, including a guest service audition and panel evaluation, to ensure they embody AAA four diamond service standards.

Currently, the role mandates a Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain one, reflecting compliance with gaming regulations. The company also expects agents to be comfortable working in environments that may include smoke or secondary smoke exposure.
