Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required or enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date
Must be twenty-one years of age or older
Must be able to type 20 words per minute minimum
Good writing and verbal communication skills required
Experience in customer service
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Must successfully pass job interview including guest service audition
Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as phones and computers
Must be able to pass a panel interview and audition
Must be able to demonstrate AAA four diamond behaviors in the panel interview’s audition process
Must be able to stand or walk for entire shift
Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume environment
Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
Must have a Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain and maintain a license
Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke or secondary smoke environment
