Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required or enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date
- Must be twenty-one years of age or older
- Must be able to type 20 words per minute minimum
- Good writing and verbal communication skills required
- Experience in customer service
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Must successfully pass job interview including guest service audition
- Must be able to operate standard office equipment such as phones and computers
- Must be able to pass a panel interview and audition
- Must be able to demonstrate AAA four diamond behaviors in the panel interview’s audition process
- Must be able to stand or walk for entire shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have a Tribal Gaming License or the ability to obtain and maintain a license
- Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke or secondary smoke environment

Job Duties
- Project a positive image and greet all guests
- Perform hotel check-in and checkout transactions
- Enroll guests to player’s club and generate rewards cards
- Disseminate information about hotel promotions and property
- Handle cash, check authorizations, faxing, and copying
- Maintain cash drawer and submit documentation
- Assist qualified players with priority service
- Answer telephones and route calls
- Assist with concierge duties
- Resolve guest issues and disputes
- Report guestroom maintenance issues
- Restock front desk supplies
- Keep work area clean and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned
