Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner
- register guests and process check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
- manage telephone switchboard operations according to performance standards
- respond promptly to guest requests for information, mail, and messages
- provide accurate answers to guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure excellent guest service
- maintain knowledge of rates, packages, promotions, and in-house groups
- assist guests with reservations and rate quoting
- follow hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations
- handle emergency procedures knowledgeably
- ensure the logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages
- use proper radio etiquette when communicating with associates
- deliver guest items such as luggage, newspapers, or amenities as requested
- maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold cleanliness and safety throughout the hotel
- support coworkers in various departmental tasks as needed
