The role of Guest Experience Expert at The Westin Irving Convention Center is centered on enhancing the overall guest experience beyond the traditional check-in and check-out process. This position emphasizes proactive service, where the expert contributes to making each guest’s stay distinctive and highly enjoyable. Guest Experience Experts are trusted to take initiative and engage in a variety of responsibilities, including handling operational tasks, processing guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing insight into local attractions and highlights. The aim is to seamlessly integrate transactions into the guest's experience, making each interaction meaningful and pleasant.
Employees in this role must maintain a professional appearance and communication style, adhere to company policies, protect company assets and confidentiality, and actively work towards upholding the brand’s quality standards. The position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and managing light lifting tasks up to 10 pounds independently. - Willingness to work day and preferred evening shifts
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing and walking for long periods
