Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to provide hands-on support with public area cleaning and laundry
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of Lightspeed technology desirable but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Marriott experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and payment procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and responsible attitude
Job Duties
- Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times
- Maintain a high level of service and hospitality
- Manage guest concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Post guest charges, collect payments and follow cash handling procedures
- Handle guest mail and messages with respect and professionalism
- Communicate guest comments and concerns to various departments and management
- Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors and team members needing front desk assistance
- Maintain full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
