Job Requirements
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Must be over 21 due to alcohol sales
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No prior supervisory experience required
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- Must be over 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a guest-first mindset
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Address and fulfill guest requests and inquiries promptly
- Assist in delivering quality meals and beverages within hotel premises
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in all guest areas
- Complete operational reports and documentation accurately
- Provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities
