The Guest Experience Specialist role at SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood is a dynamic, full-time, non-management position centered on elevating the guest experience beyond traditional front desk interactions. Specialists are empowered to actively engage with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable, seamless stays.   • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • No prior supervisory experience required
  • Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
