This position also involves supporting the property's operational goals by maximizing room revenue and occupancy through efficient processes and excellent service practices.
The schedule for this role is varied to meet business needs and includes the possibility of working day, afternoon/evening, or overnight shifts, including holidays and alternate workdays or hours. Typical shifts are Day Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Afternoon/Evening Shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm), and Overnight Shift (11:00 pm - 7:30 am). Due to the nature of the hotel environment, flexibility is essential, and the ability to work multiple shifts is a key requirement.
