Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- ability to work full time including flexible shifts
- no prior supervisory experience required
- no prior related work experience required
- ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Process all guest check-ins including confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing and activating room keys
- process all forms of payment such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
- manage guest check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges
- answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
- coordinate with housekeeping to track room readiness
- communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch bell or valet staff as needed
- run and verify daily reports including number of arrivals and departures
- complete cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- cash guests' personal and traveler's checks
- count bank at beginning and end of shift
- balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications
- follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- maintain professional uniform and appearance
- protect company assets and ensure confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs
- assist individuals with disabilities
- communicate clearly and professionally using appropriate telephone etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- comply with quality assurance standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
