This job opening is for a full-time, non-management position as a Guest Experience Expert at W South Beach. The role is designed to go beyond conventional guest services, focusing on creating a smooth, seamless, and uniquely memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and deliver a broad range of services tailored to guide guests throughout their entire stay. These professionals interact closely with guests by processing operational needs, handling guest requests, completing necessary reports, and sharing insights about the local area. The role involves being physically active with standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and occasionally moving or lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
