Job Description

HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof is a prominent management company specializing in extended stay hotels across 20 states. With a reputation for delivering superior quality experiences to guests, HomeTowne Studios has set the standard for extended stay accommodations. Since the renovation of their properties in 2018, the company has continuously invested in improving both the quality of their facilities and the experience they provide to guests and employees alike. This dedication to excellence has helped HomeTowne Studios maintain its position as a leader in the hospitality industry.

At HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof, the organizational philosophy places a strong emphasis on valuing employees as much as the guests they serve. The company understands that the workplace environment is crucial to overall success and aims to be the employer of choice in the extended stay hotel sector. Employee satisfaction and well-being are prioritized through comprehensive benefits, career growth opportunities, and competitive pay. Starting wages for the Front Desk Agent position range between $18.50 and $19.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its talented team members.

The Front Desk Agent role is a critical position in maintaining the high standards of customer service and operational efficiency at HomeTowne Studios. This role involves being the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm and welcoming introduction to the hotel experience. Front Desk Agents are responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. They utilize front desk computer systems to track room availability, update reservation statuses, and promote future sales opportunities.

In addition to guest interaction, the Front Desk Agent must coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and to address any issues that may arise. Maintaining confidentiality of guest information and hotel data is paramount. The position demands clear communication with management and other team members to resolve concerns quickly and efficiently. Beyond these core responsibilities, the Front Desk Agent may be assigned other duties that contribute to the seamless operation of the hotel.

Working at HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof offers a supportive and inclusive environment where employees have access to extensive benefits. These include health, dental, and vision insurance options with employee contributions starting as low as $54 for individuals and $297 for families (semi-monthly). The company also provides employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, a 401K plan with employer match, and ample opportunities for career advancement. This blend of competitive pay, robust benefits, and professional development makes HomeTowne Studios an attractive employer for candidates seeking a meaningful and rewarding career in hospitality.
