The Guest Experience Expert at JW Marriott Dallas Arts District plays a vital role beyond simply facilitating check-in and check-out processes. This full-time, non-management position is focused on creating memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay. By proactively anticipating and catering to guest needs and preferences, the Guest Experience Expert serves as a knowledgeable ambassador who guides guests seamlessly during their visit. Whether processing operational requests, addressing inquiries, handling reports, or sharing insights about local attractions, this role ensures that every interaction feels personalized and part of the overall guest journey. As an active, hands-on position, it requires associates to be physically mobile—standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods while occasionally lifting or moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently. Additionally, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor is critical in aligning with the hotel’s quality standards and brand image.
