This job opportunity is for a Guest Experience Expert at the New Orleans Marriott Warehouse Arts District, a full-time non-management position located at 859 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana. The Guest Experience Expert plays a crucial role far beyond the conventional front desk duties; they contribute to creating a unique and memorable experience for guests throughout their entire stay. This role is dynamic and hands-on, empowering the expert to proactively address guest needs, process operational requests, complete necessary reporting, and share local insights that enrich the guest experience.
Success in this role relies not only on excellent guest interaction and operational efficiency but also on maintaining a safe workplace, adhering strictly to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality, and upholding Marriott's quality standards. The Guest Experience Expert must present a professional image, including dress and communication style, while being physically active on their feet for extended periods.
