Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Willingness to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
- No previous supervisory experience required
- No certification or license required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide a seamless and memorable guest check-in and check-out experience
- Take initiative to offer a wide range of guest services and assistance
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues effectively
- Complete operational tasks and necessary reports accurately
- Share information about local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest stays
- Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and arranging objects under 10 pounds
