Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
  • No previous supervisory experience required
  • No certification or license required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide a seamless and memorable guest check-in and check-out experience
  • Take initiative to offer a wide range of guest services and assistance
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues effectively
  • Complete operational tasks and necessary reports accurately
  • Share information about local events, attractions, and services to enhance guest stays
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct
  • Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, and arranging objects under 10 pounds
