Beyond the day-to-day operational tasks, the Front Desk Agent is an ambassador for the resort’s brand, conveying a polished image through adherence to uniform standards and grooming protocols. Maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude is essential, alongside the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be adept at managing numerical data for billing and reporting purposes, utilizing Microsoft Office tools, and communicating clearly both verbally and in writing.

The job also requires flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the operational needs of the hotel.
