Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel operations or guest service experience
- Ability to use standard office equipment including computers
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Professional communication skills
- Flexible availability for irregular hours and shifts
- Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and lifting
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
- Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision

Job Duties
- Perform guest check in and check out
- Monitor room availability and assign rooms
- Issue keys to guests
- Greet guests warmly to build rapport
- Maintain guest reservations and update accounts
- Handle payment transactions and post charges
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
- Act as a knowledge resource for guests and team members
- Ensure front desk and public areas are clean and safe
- Comply with internal controls and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
