  • Previous hotel operations or guest service experience
  • Ability to use standard office equipment including computers
  • Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
  • Professional communication skills
  • Flexible availability for irregular hours and shifts
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and lifting
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment
  • Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision

Job Duties

  • Perform guest check in and check out
  • Monitor room availability and assign rooms
  • Issue keys to guests
  • Greet guests warmly to build rapport
  • Maintain guest reservations and update accounts
  • Handle payment transactions and post charges
  • Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Act as a knowledge resource for guests and team members
  • Ensure front desk and public areas are clean and safe
  • Comply with internal controls and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
